Is internet connection required?

No, IntervalPro works completely offline once installed. All your workouts and data are stored locally on your device.

How do I upgrade to Premium?

Open the app and tap on "Upgrade to Premium" or go to Settings > Premium. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase through the App Store or Google Play.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > IntervalPro > Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > IntervalPro > Cancel Subscription

You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

What happens when my subscription ends?

When your Premium subscription ends, you'll revert to the free version. Your workout history and custom workouts will remain, but you'll only be able to create up to 3 custom workouts, and ads will be displayed.

How do I create a custom workout?

  1. Open the app and go to the "Configure" tab
  2. Tap "Add Workout" or the "+" button
  3. Enter workout details: name, work time, rest time, number of sets
  4. Tap "Save" to create your workout

How do I start a workout?

  1. Go to the "Train" tab
  2. Select a pre-built template or your custom workout
  3. Tap the workout card to open it
  4. Tap "Start" to begin the timer

Can I customize the audio cues?

Currently, audio cues are pre-set to alert you at the start of work intervals, rest intervals, and when the workout is complete. Custom audio settings may be added in future updates.

How do I view my workout history?

Go to the "Statistics" section to view your workout history, completion streaks, and other performance metrics.

The timer is not accurate

If you notice timing issues:

  • Ensure your device has sufficient battery
  • Close other apps running in the background
  • Check that your device's system time is set correctly
  • Restart the app and try again

Audio cues are not playing

  • Check that your device volume is turned up
  • Ensure the app has permission to play audio
  • Check that Do Not Disturb mode is off
  • Restart the app

I lost my workout data

Workout data is stored locally on your device. If you:

  • Deleted the app: Data is permanently lost
  • Got a new device: Data doesn't transfer automatically (cloud sync coming soon)
  • Updated the app: Data should be preserved

We recommend backing up your device regularly.

The app crashes or freezes

  1. Force quit the app and restart it
  2. Restart your device
  3. Check for app updates in the App Store/Play Store
  4. If the issue persists, contact support with details about your device and the problem

Ads are not displaying properly (Free version)

If ads are causing issues:
